Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Stylish Unit Well located renovated & comfortable

Located approx. halfway between Perth and Fremantle and close to public transport, the self contained one bedroom unit is fully equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a full sized fridge, oven , gas cooktop and dishwasher. The bathroom also contains a washing machine and separate clothes dryer. Within 10 minutes walking distance of a major suburban shopping centre, and a short drive to the Swan river and ocean beaches. There is free on street parking.

Our cosy Urban Scandinavian-style Cabin is nestled in our green and lush garden. It has a private Japanese-style natural bathroom connected to the cabin with an outlook onto the garden. Perfect for visitors to UWA as we are a short stroll from the University, close to cafés & restaurants, public transport,The cabin is equipped with a kitchenette. Lovely leafy street in Nedlands. Very quite location unlike blocks of units, listen to the birds, not the neighbours. Walking distance to restaurants, Kings Park, UWA, Perth Childrens, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood hospitals. Cafe just 100 meters up the street. Close to bus stops or trains for access to Perth or Fremantle. Netflix supplied for guest use.
