The room has its own balcony that does not have a sea view but you can enjoy it. From the room is the entrance to your own bathroom which you do not share with anyone. The room has a filter coffee machine and kettle so you can make coffee or tea. The room is equipped with bed linen and towels which we change at the request of the guest.

The house is located at 5 minute walk from Old Town Rab and beaches which makes it perfect if you don't want to use car. If you prefer moving around by car, there is a private parking in front of the house. The place consists of a bedroom and one spacious bathroom which makes it ideal for family and friends. The best about this place is its long balcony with wonderful view to old town Rab, port of Rab, marine and parks of Rab as well as on island Pag.

In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a lot of places to relax. This room is with balcony and direct sea view. It has a fridge and tea machine. Breakfast is 10€ per person per day. Pet is 7€ per day.
