Die ca. 50 m² Wohnfläche sind verteilt auf Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, 2 Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett und 1x Stockbett/ Ausziehbett) sowie Bad mit Dusche/ WC. Zum Haus gehören Garten und Garage. Wir nutzen es selbst min. 1x pro Jahr und haben in den letzten Jahren viel renoviert: Fassade inkl. Fenster/ Haustür (2015), Badezimmer (2017), Küche (2018).

It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.
