The apartment is spacious to be in this area, there is a living room with an open space kitchen, a balcony with seaside view, a bedroom, a bathroom with large shower, a bathroom with WC. The bedroom has a large bed (200 x 180) a wooden sliding door, and decorated with wooden sculpture. You can charge phone/tablets inside. The living room area offers a large double sofà bed extremely confortable with a very good and large mattress. Two persons sleep there very well. The sofà bed is easy to use open/close in one click.( Italian Brand) A large flat screen Tv is in the living room where you can watch movies and many channels.(50pl) There is a table for 4 to 8 persons with 4 chairs. The kitchen is open space, fully equipped to prepare delicious home french meals. A fridge, microwaves, dishwasher are there. Kitchen is very easy to use and clean during your stay. Everything you need is there, and of course Nespresso Machine isn't missing !!!!!! It's a three-minute walk to local shops, and five minutes into town or to the famous Marché Forville food market. All transport is within a five-minute walk. The train and main bus station is only a five minute walk. The airport bus direct is a seven minute walk. The airport is only 30-40 minutes drive to Nice airport. You can park on any of the roads around where we live, best time to park is between 8-11 am and 5-7pm
