Amazing stay, beautiful home. Lovely welcome pack enjoyed by all. Thoughtful provision of toys, games, books for younger children as well as the games etc shown the on photos. Lovely sunny garden over hot tub area during day. Rooms all very nice, exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds all nicely made up. towels large and thick. Airers available to dry towels on. Kitchen well stocked with crockery, all sizes of glasses, cutlery pans etc. Nice to provide cleaning products including dishwasher tablets, liquid etc . Also to have access to hoover, brushes and Iron etc for if required so you could tidy up as you would at home especially with children in group. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper all provided. So if going again I would be able to take just food and clothes rather than all the bits you take just in case. Visit for family wedding so didn't need to visit restaurants etc but details provided of things to do in area.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We had a fantastic few days away in this house. there was plenty of space for two families of four and a dog. The enclosed garden and garden furniture were a great addition, especially as the weather was lovely while we were there. Would definitely book again in the future.

I didn’t meet Helen but I was sent a message leading up to my visit, with instructions and her number for any issues arising. The house was very clean and has a lovely back garden with amazing views. It was nice to watch the sun setting from it. There was a bottle of wine left out for us which I think was a lovely touch. Also, there was a folder with instructions and recommendations and a guest book. The location is close enough to walk into the town and to drive to Maryport and Windermere. We enjoyed staying here, it made me wish that I lived in Keswick. Thank you!

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

We stayed here for 2 nights for a knitting/crocheting/girly chill out! And it was just perfect! Sat on the comfy sofa with the most picturesque views - and thoroughly relaxed. Plenty on the doorstep for places to eat and strolls to take. I fully recommend it and want to return again!

Andrew was an exceptional host! The place was even more spacious and cozy than the photos suggested, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Andrew went above and beyond—he kindly added a full-length mirror to one of the bedrooms just for our stay (which was perfect for getting ready for a family wedding), and he even managed to arrange an extra parking pass for us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches—he provided cereal, water, milk, tea, biscuits, and croissants. It was a truly lovely and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely book here again. Our 2nd stay in Regent St and didn't disappoint. A clean spacious apartment, ideally suited for Lancaster centre and all it's amenities, but very peaceful and quiet. Host Gail was great, very communicative and cooperative. Great stay, im sure we'll be back.

Nicholas and Gabrielle were really responsive and friendly hosts, making us feel at home. Really appreciated the tea and breakfast items they left. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings made for a lovely relaxing stay.

Apartment was clean and in a good location with free and secured parking. Louise was quick in response and provided helpful instructions. We had a nice stay at the apartment. Will come again and also recommend.

We have had a wonderful weekend with 2 young children under 4 Nikki was a wonderful host and had the travel cot all up and ready for our arrival. The house is beautiful, much bigger than the photographs and within walking distance of both st annes centre and lytham. We were really sad to leave and would definitely love to return.

This is a very peaceful apartment. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle on the weekend, it's one of the best choices. It's easy to find following the instructions, well-equipped, clean and tidy. To my surprise, there's even a picnic basket! It's just perfect.

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Liam was very responsive and helped us all the way. The place is lovely and it was a bonus to have the little balcony for our dog. Lovely bedrooms and very spacious. Shower is also great. We had a sunny weekend so ended up not using the club facilities like we wanted but it was there on offer. The only downside was the duvet sheets were a bit too big for the duvet itself so felt weird in bed but that’s just because we fussy. Loved out stay and will recommend!

Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.

Host was incredible! Fast responses, went the extra mile and a really lovely person. Beautiful, spacious apartment presented very well upon arrival. Super close to shops, restaurants and bars. Wonderful little stay xx
