Hermoso departamento recién remodelado, equipado Petfriendly, aire acondicionado en todas las areas, alberca y chapoteadero, en 2do piso hay que subir escaleras, ingreso a la playa cruzando la Av., baños y otra alberca con vista al mar, WIFI, TV con cable. Ubicado a unos pasos del mar sobre la avenida principal Miguel Aleman, en la zona hotelera, muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes, bares, antros, centro comercial y tiendas para abastecerse. Ingreso con chapa electronica, y estacionamiento.

Ubicado dentro de condominio Suites Las Palmas, sobre Blvd Miguel de la Madrid en zona hotelera (al lado del SAM´s) con la Playa Salagua justo enfrente solo cruzando el boulevard, ingresando por el Club de Playa del propio condominio. Alberca grande en área común, lugar muy tranquilo, seguro y de ambiente familiar. El Club de Playa es un acceso exclusivo a la playa, con la comodidad de baños, regadera y una pequeña alberca. Rodeado de muchos restaurantes, bares, tiendas y plazas a unos pasos.

Relax around the pool, in a hammock, or under our massive palapa with eating area, grill, bar, & built-in lounging area. The back gate leads onto miles and miles of serene black sand beach! After sunset, the kids can play games at the huge 12 person table while parents can crash on the oversized sofa in front of the TV. Note: during Christmas and Semana Santa minimum 1 week
