We are 20 minutes from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 minutes from Athens and 5 minutes from Emmanuel College. Accommodations for adults age 21 and over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, and noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment.

The house itself is 400 feet away from the road where you can enjoy maximum privacy and be surrounded by nature. Feel free to explore the woods with your pets within our 8 acre lot.
