The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. You will immediately feel relaxed as you immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!
