Named after our beloved black and white paint horse "Valentino" who lived to the ripe old age of 30 and reigned over these acres till early 2013. Newly remodeled "Valentio's retreat was once the "early days" home of the iconic Kris Kristofferson. It is loaded with all the comforts of home and some extras! The decor celebrates the spirit of Nashville with music business memorabilia that is from the owner Dana's personal collection. It is 13 miles from downtown Nashville. I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, restaurants on the water with food, live music. You'll have full privacy in your own space with your own entrance, bedroom, open living area/ Ikea kitchen, with everything you need including microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There's a cozy electric fireplace, heated floors, and is a short walk (or drive) to local restaurants, shops and entertainment!

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.
