This Germantown Gem has Mid-century Boho vibes in a clean, airy, and cozy apartment. This space was designed with lots of intention placing high priority on comfort, flow, convenience, and relaxation. Unwind in the extra wide soaking tub, rest your bones on the comfy layers of extra-clean bedding, have an epic game night, or just Netflix and chill after a long day of exploring. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.

Luxurious Cozy Guesthouse

This space is completely private and separate from the main residence. It has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and living area with flat screen and cable. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away. **We are huge child and animal lovers, but our space is not safe for children. We have a no child under 12 policy, and a not pet policy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
