Zwarte Bonsem is a beautifully renovated 130 m² historic sailing ship dating from 1890. Moored in a quiet harbour near Amsterdam city centre, it is surrounded by charming restaurants and bars. A large supermarket and a beach with water sports facilities are just around the corner. On board you’ll find 4 sleeping areas, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area. Outdoor a deck with beautiful harbour and lake views. If you like to check out sooner, or later. Please let us know. - Smoking (cigarettes & vaping) is not allowed. When we caught smoke inside we will give a fine of 100 euros. - NO barbecue policy - NO party location, no loud music allowed. After 22:00 we are quiet. - Pets are allowed, only on their leash.

Ons heerlijke ruime gezinshuis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers incl gratis parkeerplek en een tuin. De tram op de hoek brengt je in een paar stops naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Prachtig stadsstrand met restaurant en surfclub en een heerlijk park op 2 minuten lopen. Ons huis is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. IJburg is een moderne rustige wijk in Amsterdam waar voornamelijk gezinnen wonen. IJburg heeft diverse winkels, supermarkten, restaurants en een gezellige haven.

Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

OUR 3 FLOOR TOWNHOUSE comprises a sauna, garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bath & separate shower, laundry room. The large living room, with a modern-rustic feel to it, has an open kitchen and sun room which opens to the garden. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: king size bed. Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4: double bed.

IJburg is een rustige woonwijk met leuke winkels, supermarkten, restaurants, zwemwater, haven en een directe tramlijn naar het centraal station.

Unique spacious (private) boat in Amsterdam.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

A house at the park and near a forest! It’s a family friendly home with a petting zoo within walking distance. It’s a spacious house in Amsterdam with a lot of nature and birds around you. There is a fireplace and possibilities for a campfire on the patio. There is free parking in this neighborhood and also great access to Amsterdam city center by metro (10 min walking).
