Our spacious home has two master suites including one on the main and few steps for those who need easy access. Enjoy our screened porch, chill at our fire pit or soak in our hot tub (*cleaning fee includes hot tub maintenance). We also offer guest access to the pool, sauna, tennis & fitness center + public golf course (not included)pond and park.

Enjoy those canopy views with a book in hand or wind down in our private sauna and wellness room after exploring the mountains.

Mountain Air Cabin

Adorable & freshly renovated cabin located in a private wooded community between Highlands and Franklin in the Nantahala National Forest. Our light & airy cabin is nestled on almost 4 acres of woodsy, mountainous terrain and is private and picturesque, yet still convenient to town. We love relaxing on the front porch, surrounded by nature and enjoying the sounds of the streams & views of the mountains. It is a peaceful cabin to relax & enjoy the cool breezes and scenery of the Smoky Mountains.

Betty's Creek Loft in Rabun Gap.

The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Squirrel Run Retreat

The perfect couples retreat. Beautiful guest house with long range mountain view. Vaulted ceilings, outside deck overlooking seven mountains. Area has small paved road winding through the woods. Great for your daily walks. Community is bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Management Area. 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet mountain top community. The perfect home base for hiking, fishing, bird watching, boating, river rafting, shopping, dining and just chilling out.

Tiger Creek Retreat, The cabin for you & your pets

Tranquil cabin for a relaxing retreat- you & your pets Featuring huge spacious decks overlooking the creek with picnic table, rocking chairs & relaxing Adirondack chairs. Propane grill, patio table w/plenty seating, perfect for breakfast by the creek. Enchanting spa like master suite with a country feel. Backyard fire pit, or for really cold nights enjoy the gas-log fireplace in the cozy living room. If peace & quiet is what you are looking for my house is the place.

Looking for a romantic hide-away? Do you LOVE nature? Then the Screamin' Bear Cabin is the place to be. Just a 10-to-12-minute drive (4 miles) into downtown Clayton, you can enjoy unique shops and places to eat as well as nearby wineries, a distillery, a brewery and 2 speak-easy bars! Nearby hiking, fishing, white water rafting, scenic drives, and more. Or stay at the cabin and enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. North Georga is an adventure waiting for you!

NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 no pets, pet fee will be applied for service dogs and only upon review. 25 mins to Highlands!

Hiker's Haven- 3 Bedroom Home, Downtown Franklin

This 3 bedroom home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of town where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and breweries. Greet the morning enjoying your coffee in the sunroom as you watch the birds, Merle the Squirrel and chipmunks. The huge private deck, nestled in trees, is a lovely place for enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. Enjoy the flagstone fire pit in the backyard. Get some rest so you can hit the trails refreshed.
