What a beautiful spot Megan has here, right on the beach with accompanying views of the sea and mountains. The bedrooms are great, the living rooms both have a purpose and are well furnished with comfy sofas and furniture. Loved the large windows facing the beach that had wonderful views. We also loved the seating outside including the two seats on the dune right near the beach. The only thing bad with this place is that we could not stay longer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We love Lara's place in Bicheno. This was the second time we stayed in Lara's house. It is a beautiful spot and the house is so well appointed. It all makes for a very relaxing stay!

Our stay was just wonderful in a world where it was lovely just to enjoy your surroundings. Daniel’s house made this easy to do and made comforts very accessible. A lovely restful place to allow us to be a family Thank you.

Absolutely magical stay at the Lobster Pot Cabin! This was hands down the cutest house we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully prepared, right down to the linens and perfectly curated decor. Heidi has put so much love and attention into every detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the helpful tips on where to go and what to see. It felt like we were experiencing the very heart of Tasmania. The welcome cheese and bubbles were such a thoughtful touch so thank you Heidi xx Heidi! I’ll admit, I shed a tear when we had to leave. Great location for a getaway from it all! Classic beach vibes and a stunning view.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.

Staying in the Driftwood Cottage was lovely…..quiet, tucked away in the sand dunes and within an easy drive to Swansea. On arrival we let ourselves in and discovered a beautiful little beach house. Clean, neat and providing everything we needed. Driftwood is within an easy drive of Freycinet National Park …. Where we explored The Friendly Beaches, Honeymoon Bay and the Cape Turnville lighthouse walk. Not to mention a stroll along Nine Mile Beach (3 minute walk) We picked up local fresh seafood for dinner and watched the sunset from the front deck. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Fred’s!

Absolutely stunning. If you’re wanting to escape to the peace and beauty of Freycinet this is the place. Outside bath is not to miss.

Loved our stay here. Extremely beautiful location with stunning views from kitchen/dining. Very comfortable beds and well appointed house for our 2 families. Great separate area for kids. Lots to do in the local area. Great bakery and coffee shops close by. Excellent host - highly recommended. Felt right at home.

Our family felt at home instantly. The views and expansive deck made us felt relaxed very quickly. The proximity of the beach was amazing. We did a walk into Swansea along the beach which was very worthwhile. Tamara’s home was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Great location in Bicheno. Walking distance to the main surf beach and shopping area. Spacious and very clean. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a short stay catching up with family who live in the area, only wished it had been longer ! The property is superb with a great coast relaxation vibe and with every amenity you could want. Congratulations to our host on not only the property but the process. Will be back !

Catherine’s home is terrific: lovely, within walking distance of places to eat (we loved the RSL); the kitchen was NOT too small-there was plenty of room for both of us with a well-stocked pantry with olive oil, vinegar, a variety of spices, mustards…it is in easy driving distance of so many places to eat/see. We wouldn’t hesitate to say “just book it”. You’ll be glad you did

Peppermint Tree cottage was delightful. Maria and Paul present the cottage beautifully. The fireplace ready to warm our evenings. Morning sun in the new kitchen, with everything that we needed. Afternoon sun warms the bathroom, deck and kitchen. It was just what we were looking for. Very comfy and cosy on the cool Tassie nights. We loved our stay at Peppermint Tree cottage. Ash n Jill

We were all hoping for an escape and time to reset. Svens and Lisa have made a beautiful retreat for families or couples just wanting to get away from it all and enjoy what the location has to offer. I can’t speak highly enough of how much effort they have gone to, to make you feel welcome. It is all the little things that you don’t expect that surprise you. They have obviously traveled themselves and remember what it was like. From a family perspective, there is an abundance of things to keep them entertained or just out of your hair. Parents will love it just as much as kids will. The beach is just a few steps through the sand to pristine conditions and for most part you have 9 miles of it to yourself. I wish we had stayed longer.

An amazing private property with gorgeous views to Freycinet Peninsula and the ocean. The home is top notch and just the best spot to get away from the world for a while. Loved it!

First Light is a beautiful home set in a magnificent location with un unbeatable view. The sunrise view was simply stunning. The house is super comfortable with cosy beds. We loved everything about Sandpiper Ocean Cottage. We’ve know the beach for many years and love all it has to offer. To be able to stay right on the beach, in a lovely well appointed and comfortable cottage in great grounds, with gracious and welcoming hosts, made for a perfect weekend away. We will be back for sure.

Narelle' Swansea Seaside Shack was absolutely fantastic. The yard was private and immaculately kept. The inside undercover BBQ was a great idea as well as the fire pit for some chill out time outside. Narelle was so friendly to deal with. We will definitely be coming back. The TV reception is excellent and high quality. Being able to access our own Netflix & Foxtel was also a bonus. A great location for meeting up with family and entertaining.
