Located in the established neighborhood of East Point. To the rear of the primary residence, so we are close if you need anything. It has a private entrance and access to the backyard. The backyard is a shared space with the host. Ideal for nature lovers. You get the best of both worlds, city and country in one location.  Close to the Airport and Downtown Atlanta. You will have easy access to all major highways I-75, I-85, I-20 and 285.

The Yard House - backyard guest house

Nestled in the back yard of Historic West End, where you can walk to anything you desire including restaurants, breweries, the train, grocery store, CVS, The Atlanta Beltline walking trails, and more. This guest house was my first ADU that I built myself in 2022. With your own private entrance you can enjoy the private patio, socialize in the tiny great room, or be a kid again in the loft. Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
