Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family friendly abode. Nestled at the top of a highly desired mountainside neighborhood, our apartment is attached to a larger home. There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful little get away. Soak in the deep tub after a long day hiking the beautiful Juneau trails. Spend time connecting with friends online or watching your favorite show. This little one bedroom gem is known for the comfort of the bed, and also has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is small but fully stocked for cooking a full size meal. If you arriving on a late flight and are starving with no place to go…no worries we have comfort food to fill the tummy

Relax in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a full laundry. Enjoy riverfront sunsets from the open-air covered deck, 25 feet above the ground. The bedroom has top/down, bottom/up black out window shades for a peaceful rest and there’s a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 total guests. It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. The apartment is one of two on the top level.

25 mins to chairlift & 5 mins to downtown, with access to an amazing beach, a Jacuzzi hot tub time machine, Rancho Balsaccò North is central to both downtown Juneau & to pubs, food & historical hikes in Douglas. Walk the beach, watch the eagles, look for jumping fish with a fantastic view of Juneau. Ground level private entrance, comfortable new Queen bed & blackout blinds make it easy to sleep to the sound of the creek. The private road to our small beach front neighborhood adds to the charm.

Kick back and relax in our stylish brand-new space in the woods. Constructed in the fall of 2022...our apartment has it's own private entrance but is attached to a larger home. Enjoy gorgeous views! We are a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Auke Rec and a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Lena Beach. Amenities include spa shower, laundry, and beautifully appointed/stocked kitchen. Pottery Barn couch is a pull-out with memory foam mattress. *Comfy for 2 people - technically sleeps 4 max

The AKNS Ocean View Room is a 400 square foot studio. It includes a queen bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator & microwave, and a small table with 2 chairs. Wireless internet is included along with a smart HD streaming TV (no subscriptions). The bathroom has a tiled shower, towels & a hairdryer. It has a spectacular view of the ocean and our gardens. Its own entrance is down a short boardwalk from your off-street parking with easy access to the beach and our beach-front gazebo.

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 car garage. Just over the bridge from downtown on Douglas Island. Close enough to be in town in just a few minutes drive, but out of town enough to feel like you’re away from the busyness. Home is tucked up against the forest so you feel much further out of town than you really are. Amazing views of Mt Roberts and Mt Juneau from the front deck.
