Our home is located directly on Douglas lake. It's located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Upstairs- One full bathroom, one room has two beds, loft area- tv, fireplace, bed & pool table. Downstairs-a master bedroom & bathroom. The back porch is enclosed with a 6 person hot tub. WiFi. We only supply one round of kitchen and bath supplies. NO WATER IN LAKE EXCEPT MAIN CHANNEL AFTER LABOR DAY/REFILLS MID-APRIL. YOU MUST TAKE TRASH OFF OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED-1 bag allowed for Sunday checkout.

Douglas is a TVA reservoir — full pool late spring through early fall, drawn down in winter. Parkway towns are 20 to 30 minutes out on flat paved roads.
