Walking distance historic to downtown. This home has been split into 2 units, this unit is the larger half of the duplex. There is NO access between units.

Built in 2017. It's pleasant 15 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights.
