The Art Experience II

This is my 1 bedroom option. fully equipped private condo located on the first floor of a historic 150 year old building. The 2 bedroom unit is located next door as I am trying to convert this building into a unique boutique hotel. Everything was designed and made by me. All the artwork is for sale. There is a unit upstairs, so you would here things common to an apartment complex, but aside from that this is a perfect couples retreat. There is a beach on Freeman lake that's a 5 min walk.

In addition, the unit comes with a PlayStation 4 for the kids (or the husband/boyfriend) to keep them busy :) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
