Cosy country Scottish cabin

Recharge and connect with nature in our cosy cabin amongst silver birch trees. Feed the red squirrels and the woodpeckers and spot the pine martens, deer and badgers. BBQ by the Burn and just unwind. Alternatively surf at Sandend, follow the whisky trail, play golf on the stunning courses and fish locally. Immerse yourself in the many historical castles and ruins. Light the log burner, cook supper in the quirky kitchen and sleep peacefully in pure linen sheets. Hot water bottles provided!

Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. The bathroom is accessible via a stairways upstairs. We look forward to hosting you!

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

Country Cottage in the grounds of Mayen Estate

Bailies Cottage is a traditional, fully furnished and recently renovated Highland farm cottage set privately within the grounds and gardens of Mayen Estate in the Deveron Valley sleeping up to six people. The spaciously well appointed family kitchen sits in the heart of the property, while the living room is cosily finished off with a wood burning stove. Mayen Estate is home to friendly Highland Coos and spectacular native species' and in the heart of Scotland's Castle and Whisky Country.

Paulas Cottage

Quiet Quaint Quirky Cottage. A little semidetached cottage with cosy log burner and rear courtyard with seating. Lovely spot at edge of village with dog walks on doorstep. Local amenities include shops and PO, pharmacy, choice of three takeaways and pub (no food). Brilliant location for exploring the Moray coast and North Aberdeenshire. A short drive to some of the most stunning coastline, Beaches, Sea caves, Lighthouses, Castles, Fishing Villages, Cliff walks, Birdwatching, Wildlife.

Stylish 1750s Georgian flat.

This unique place has a style all its own. Dating from the 1750s Georgian property. Newly renovated and furnished. Vaulted ceiling in the living room and very stylish bathroom. Living room has LED mood lighting. Also there's a jukebox. The bedrooms can be 2 king sized beds or 1 king and 2 singles. Communal veranda on the first floor (shared with my other Airbnb). Wifi. Everything you can need for your stay. Very central location, with takeaways, restaurants and great local pub nearby.

Guthrie's Den, Banff. Coastal, sea view retreat

Enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views from your coastal town hideaway over Banff harbour and bay and across to Macduff. Chill out on the windowseat and just watch the waves roll in. Fresh milk, bread and a few treats await in the welcome pack. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is lots of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower. There are books, games, fast broadband and Netflix. A short stroll takes you to your choice of two fantastic sandy beaches or in to historic Banff.

The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Abbeylea Cottage at Morgan McVeighs

Stunning refurbished and re-equipped cosy cottage with spectacular views towards Bennachie. Electric central heating supplemented by feature wood burning stove. Modern kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with a double or two single beds. Wall mounted TV's in both bedrooms and sitting room. Free WiFi throughout. Clean bathroom with shower unit. Full length curtains across patio window and door. Outside patio area.

Forglen Estate-Forglen Lodge

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Tranquil Cottage a modern 1 bedroom let

A modern 1 bed room let with disabled access. Can be changed to 2 single beds at request. With a patio area in the picturesque town of Findochty located on the Moray Firth. Private Hot Tub available on premises at extra cost. Close to Local amenities shop/chemist/bar and restaurant. Golf course within walking distance and Bowling Green.
