Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.

It is located only a short walk from the historic Richmond Bridge and the many other attractions, cafes and shops in the township. From here you can also access the many Coal River Valley attractions, together with stunning East Coast, Tasman Peninsula and Midland 'Convict Trail' day drives.
