Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water at the tipi but an outdoor shower is free for all guests to use at the farm. We offer: drinking water from a fountain and a water tank by the outhouse. A solar battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.

All the convenience of just a 10 minute drive from J38 off the M6 whilst feeling totally remote in the foothills of the Lakeland fells. We welcome visitors who want to immerse themselves in the outdoors, get out exploring & unwind in this magical setting in the evening. We run adventure company INTO the OUTSIDE too, ask us whats on during your stay!

Deze drie heerlijke Bell-tenten staan tussen de vijgen en olijfbomen op ons terrein..in een rustige omgeving. In de tenten zijn twee boxspringbedden en mogelijkheden voor een extra slaapplek/luchtbed Koken en eten kan in een een ruime buiten keuken en is een plek om gezellig te zitten eten. Er zijn twee sanitairgebouwtjes met douche en toilet. Wij hebben 4 vrolijke honden Sjors, Sam, Laika en Jip en 3 nieuwsgierige katten Lilo, Nala en Suzie. Er is een groot opzetzwembad voor verkoeling.

In the evening walk or drive down the hill to downtown N. Woodstock to the many restaurants, breweries and shops for an enjoyable evening out!

You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided ! Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories.

Based on a small family run farm, we aim to provide a luxury camping experience with proper bed and bedding, power, furnishings, picnic bench and private cooking area with full cooking kit. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.
