1940's era-2 story cottage. This downstairs unit was renovated in early 2019 & offers a full apt w/ bed, bath, full kitchen, sitting room w/ TV, washer, dryer & private courtyard. The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.
