Situated in an tranquil hamlet in the lea of Butser Hill, nestled in and amazing view of the South Downs National park a stones throw from Petersfeild. There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

The accommodation is very well presented, albeit a compact kitchen/living area, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom which is accessed via a twin room.

Sited within the grounds of our family home built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth, Winchester,Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

Garden Annexe in Petersfield

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra.

Fold up bed and cot also available. Local pub is a five minute walk up quiet country lane. There is a small safely enclosed back terrace and front garden.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Please let us know if you'd like to meet and feed the Alpaca - they'd like to meet you!

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Poet's Cottage, Steep - Rural Location - Sleeps 6

Poet's Cottage is set in a rural setting, located adjacent to a working farm, in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, just to the west of Petersfield. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living space, it is perfectly situated for walking and exploring the South Downs and for day trips to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Winchester, Goodwood motor and horse racing events and the beach at Hayling Island or West Wittering. Up to 2 dogs are very welcome.
