It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

You'll feel like you're getting away from it all in this modern, private tiny house in the trees (even though you're minutes from Duke, and downtown Durham, and loads of shopping and restaurants). All the right amenities are here - full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet - but don't be surprised if you find yourself opting to relax in the swing on the screened-in porch while you soak in the sounds of the birds and the trees instead.
