Lake Sinclair Cottage: Kayaks, Games & Fun! This charming cottage on Lake Sinclair is a perfect retreat for families and friends. Take out the included kayaks for a paddle on the lake, fire up the grills for a lakeside meal, and unwind on the newly renovated dock. Inside, the open kitchen and living area create a space for everyone to connect. There’s a semi-finished basement with a sitting area, table tennis, and darts. The backyard is fenced on three sides with direct access to the lake.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Madison, Georgia, The Farmhouse Inn is just over an hour’s drive from Atlanta. Our beautiful Bed & Breakfast Inn offers five private guestrooms, a five-bedroom Farmhouse, and a two-bedroom Cottage. The Farmhouse and Cottage each have a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry facilities. We can offer a romantic getaway for two, as well as family and retreat facilities for up to 34. A farmhouse style breakfast is included in the price.
