Suprafața utila a apartamentului este de 70(m pătrați) fiind împărțiți astfel: balcon, living open space cu bucătărie, hol, baie și dormitor cu priveliste la mare. Închirierea apartamentului oferă loc de parcare, supraveghere video, sala de sport si terasa deasupra întregului bloc. Apartamentul este plasat la 400 de metri de Golful Pescarilor si  500 de metri de plaja de la Steaua de Mare.

In apropierea locatiei se afla un magazin alimentar si 3 parcuri pt copii recent amenajate. Accesul la sauna, salina si sala de sport este gratuit. Toate camerele sunt prevăzute cu terasa, baie proprie, tv smart si wi-fi. In curtea proprietații exista spații amenajate pt gratar si petrecerea timpului in aer liber.

The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.

The house is large, bright and quiet, summer and winter environmentally friendly with geothermal air conditioning. This includes a large, modern physiotherapy practice, where you can benefit from my 30 years of experience in Germany, in the treatment of spinal disorders (especially disc damage).
