C’est un magnifique penthouse situé au dernier étage d’un bel immeuble classique mais rénové. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un grenier, l’ascenseur de l’immeuble atteint le même étage de la maison, donc pas besoin de monter les escaliers pour y accéder. Lorsque nous entrons dans l’appartement, nous trouvons immédiatement un grand salon-salle à manger, avec une cuisine intégrée, mais avec des pièces très spacieuses, car seul le salon et la cuisine ont une superficie de plus de 50 m2. De plus, depuis le salon on accède à une belle terrasse privée meublée avec des meubles de jardin. En traversant le salon, nous arrivons au distributeur du couloir des chambres, deux d’entre elles ont des lits de 0,90 x 1,90 et l’autre avec un lit double de 1,60 x 1,90. De plus, l’une des chambres dispose d’une salle de bain complète en suite, laissant l’autre salle de bain avec accès indépendant. Grâce à l’une des chambres, il y a également accès à une deuxième terrasse privée, également meublée avec deux chaises longues pour prendre le soleil et profiter de la bonne température que Madrid a habituellement.
