This private “studio style” concept is part of a grand estate on the west side of El Paso. You will have your own private entrance with private courtyard. This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.

The Holiday House - in Historic Central El Paso

The Holiday House is a beautifully restored 1930s home, featuring a spacious bedroom suite, dedicated office, living room, and luxurious kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor spaces include a quaint front porch and fenced backyard. As special as the space is, the feature guests love most is our location.
