Die 1-Zi-Whg. liegt in der 1. Etage mit separatem Eingang. Fußbodenheizung, el. Rollläden, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, HD-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einiges mehr, bieten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die max. Personenzahl ist 4, dann allerdings schon etwas eng und nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Optimal ist die Whg. z.B. für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind. Ein Babybett, ein Kinder-Reisebett, sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitgestellt werden (5€ pro Aufenthalt).

Unser Apartment ist eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung nahe der Kulturszene und nicht weit vom Zentrum. In 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn und 15 Minuten zu Fuß gelangt ihr in die Innenstadt. Gleichzeitig erreicht ihr in wenigen Schritten die beliebte Kneipenmeile mit vielfältigen gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Dennoch ist die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen , so dass ihr eine himmlisch ruhige Nachtruhe genießen könnt. Und dann der Blick von der Terrasse ....

Appartement vor der Rhön

Unsere Gäste dürfen sich auf ein kleines Appartement auf zwei Ebenen mit großem Balkon freuen. Es hat einen eigenen Zugang, sodass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt ungestört genießen können. Direkt im Umfeld gibt es einen Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man im Nullkommanichts nach Fulda kommt. Auch das Krankenhaus ist nur zirka einen Kilometer entfernt. Auf Anfrage kann auch die Waschmaschine benutzt werden.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
