Enjoy time with the whole family at this cozy place enjoy the entire 3 bedroom 1 bath house on 1225 School Street Indiana Pennsylvania Beautiful yard, only two blocks to downtown Philadelphia street Indiana Regional Medical Center and Indiana Univeristy of Pennsylvania. Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Eight miles from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, half an hour from Amish country, and a 60-minute drive from Pittsburgh, our home offers a peaceful retreat. PLEASE NOTE: the house is accessed via a rough country driveway. We drive all kinds of vehicles up the hill, but we do not advise bringing your Lamborghini To be clear, this home is regularly used for our family fellowship and is not appropriate for parties.

For cyclists and hikers, near the the Armstrong Trail (38 mile biking/ hiking trail), only 5 minute drive to the popular hiking destination of Buttermilk Falls. There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.

White's Woods Retreat King Bed, Quiet,Close to IUP

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

This second story unit has modern amenities nestled in a Victorian House built in 1862. Located directly across from Kittanning Riverfront Park & Amphitheater. Close proximity to Rails to Trails, Buttermilk Falls, boat launch, trout streams, and many other outdoor activities. Come relax on your private balcony, on the deck over-looking the river, or on the dock.

Open and bright private apartment located in the Fox Chapel area. Entire apartment was recently remodeled with all new furnishings and fixtures. We are located only 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 15 minutes to Heinz Field, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park. This area is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the PA Turnpike. This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

Updated House - Pets - Close to Hospital

Enjoy a comfortable, clean stay at this centrally-located, newly updated house. House is less than a mile from route 30 to get you to restaurants and shoppes in under 10 minutes. Everything is on one floor including the washer and dryer. House is very close to the hospital as well as Seton Hill University and University of Pittsburgh - Greensburg campus. Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.
