The home also comes with a full kitchen, exercise room, and small office with a queen size pull out couch. This house is connected by a garage to the house of the owner's, plenty of privacy but owner's are available. No animals are allowed in the home, if an animal is brought in the home a $600 cleaning fee will be assessed.

We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.
