Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a cozy A-frame cabin, with a full size bed and seating for 2. Tucked into the woods, a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid(no electricity)so it’s excellent for star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a Blackstone grill & fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

A perfect getaway for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

It includes a linen queen bed, kettle, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside. Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
