It has ample outdoor patio furniture and a fireable to create ambiance. Below is an amazing beachfront entertainment area with 2 TV's, an outdoor bathroom.

Come stay in a our spacious home just north of Traverse City on the famous M-22. This beautiful home is across the street from the bay and minutes away from downtown Traverse City. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
