The location is excellent: very close to the metro and tram, in the touristic area but on a quiet street. Major attractions such as Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet are about 15–20 minutes walking distance.

Occupying a unique location, the house is 10 meters from the Galata Tower and a 5-minute walk from the Metro Tram and bus stops. The apartment has a well-appointed bedroom, bathroom, all equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. The large roof terrace is shared with another unit.
