On the water and nestled in the trees, its a great location for a private get away. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Adorable 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin with a fireplace, large deck with hot tub, pretty view, good water frontage, nice flat yard and private dock to park your boat with a ladder for swimming. The cabin backs to pretty woods which provide peace and quiet, privacy as well as abundant wildlife. The lake is just 100 yards down a nice trail through the woods. A 3 person kayak is available for your use, as well as a fire ring and lawn chairs.
