Quiet & comfortable 2 bedroom home! Only a 3-minute drive to downtown Emporia / Commercial St! Enjoy your stay at this 2 bed (1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed), 1 bath centrally-located house, with 2 couches for additional sleeping. 1 car garage. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, central heat & air, Smart TV, kitchen appliances & utensils, coffee maker, and more. The garage only fits smaller vehicles. The entrance is 7' 8" wide & 14ft deep. This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.
