Quaint & artsy Hillsborough, funky & fun Chapel Hill/UNC and Carrboro are a short drive. Eno River State Park, hiking & biking trails, and the Mountains to Sea Trail are 2.5 miles away. Full of unexpected details, including an outside labyrinth, The Stable is a comfortable sanctuary for all who want to settle in and smile.

Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. Luxe Guest Suite w Pool (Historic, Downtown)

Southern charm is in abundance in this c. 1799 home! This sun-filled, artfully restored space is a private, "in-law" suite adjacent to a sprawling southern Estate. You'll enjoy a private entrance, huge living area / queen bed, large dressing room with "his and hers" vanities, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized tub, access to gorgeous pool, and sprawling verandas. The space is mere blocks from all that quintessential historic Hillsborough has to offer, and is a rare treasure!

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

Come sit and enjoy our beautiful screened in porch that overlooks 2 scenic ponds and offers some of the best sunsets you’ve ever seen. This newly renovated farmhouse is beautifully decorated with 2 bedrooms, large master (king) and second bedroom (queen), office space has a sleeper sofa for additional guest.
