A 5 minute drive from the town of Ancient Epidavros, little theatre & sunken city and only a 15 minute drive to the ancient theatre of Epidavros or 30 minute drive to Greece's first capital city, Nafplion. The house is divided into 2 sections, total 3 double bedrooms, access to the private garden and outdoor BBQ.

The house is 10 minutes walking distance away from Ancient Epidavros center in a quiet area near the small theater. A beautiful and sunny 65sqm apartment + 65 sq.m cycladic style terrace. The appartment is located in Piraiki the most idyllic area of Piraeus. Piraiki is famous for fish taverns and the best Sunset of Athens. Beach,tavernas,bus stop,supermarket,bakery are all within walking distance. Ideal location for those who are interested in island hopping. Most of the Greek Islands are linked by ferry to Piraeus Port and our house is only 10 minutes far from the port.

Το πέτρινο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας έχει καλαίσθητους χώρους που προσφέρουν άνετη διαμονή, οικογενειακή και φιλική ατμόσφαιρα με μπαλκόνια και θέα στο χωριό. Διαθέτει κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Λυγουριού, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου. Κοντά στο σπίτι οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ και το φαγητό τους στις παρακείμενες καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Stone–built Apartment at the Center

Newly renovated 1st floor apartment , right at the center of the picturesque harbor of Ancient Epidavros. This traditional stone – built apartment that used to be an old family home , accommodates 4-6 persons and is decorated with stylish modern furniture. It features a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and a balcony with a striking view of the harbor.
