Two person pod set on the Wild Atlantic Way near the villages of Claddaghduff and less than 10 minutes drive from Clifden. Enjoy waking up to stunning views of the world renowned Omey Island and Atlantic Ocean. Pristine beaches within walking distance. The space: Two person pod located on a working farm in Connemara. This modern pod comes with a double bed, kitchen to cater for basic cooking needs which is inclusive of electric hob, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. WiFi and tv also provided.

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Set at the back of my old cottage, offering plenty of privacy, overlooking the vegetable garden and apple trees. Ideal for coastal walk to The Cliffs, ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin with it's mix of traditional music pubs & fine dining. Lahinch beach and The Golf Club. The Burren National Park is 30 min away.
