Nelson’s Airbnb was the perfect place to stay in Gulf breeze. It was about a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach in about a 20 to 25 minute drive to Navarre Beach. It was not far from downtown Pensacola. It was a beautiful Airbnb. You can tell that they really take pride in it. It was spotless so cute. I would recommend that I would come back over and over again very responsive very clear communication really amazing hosts

So very grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay! Well equipped and stocked. Lots of extras not normally seen in rentals that made our arrival and extended stay feel so welcoming. Plenty of parking. Great communication from the owners, close to downtown and the beaches , great views of the Blue Angels practices and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for a vacation or extended stay.

This was our third time staying here. We love it! Everything is so clean. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We love the extras. Soft towels, comfy pillows and full size refrigerator. We'll be back!

This fabulous space was perfect for my quick beach getaway! I found the space to be well-designed and exactly as described. In particular, I enjoyed how the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a tea/coffee station, ample sink space, and quality utensils/dishes. Also, host Marcella is great with communication.

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy. There are some cute parks nearby and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. It is pet friendly too which is a big deal for us as I go nowhere without my pups. We had different family members staying at different times and there were lots of extra sheets so we could provide clean ones without doing a bunch of laundry, we did wash the ones we changed out though. There were some little beach chairs and even a couple umbrellas! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the showers. We can’t say enough great things about this location! Some of our other family got a unit in town that looked nothing like the pics but this one is true to the pics. I emailed with a question that the answer was literally hanging on the wall and Matteo responded with a kind answer. I would suggest possibly some xtra fleece blankets in closets for those that don’t have hot flashes lol! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The is the second time we have stayed at Oran’s property. We hope to stay here again in the future when our travels take us to Pensacola.

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The house is wonderful and Amber is amazing. The pictures are accurate and the house is beautiful and comfortable. Amber is attentive, friendly and prompt. I definitely recommend this home and would book it again.

We loved the accommodations. Enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch. We walked in the nearby park every day and loved being close enough to enjoy the track, ball fields and tennis/pickleball courts.

It was a great place to have a sister’s get away. The house was perfect!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at in my years of being a user. The place was extremely spacious and clean, as well as being in a great neighborhood! Great back patio as well. Four bedrooms with three full baths was priceless!

I highly recommend Leanne's condo at the Caribbe! The location is wonderful. I loved watching the boats coming in and out of the bay every day. There was lots to do and the onsite restaurant was amazing. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Driving directions were great. Check in was so easy. Leanne communicated along the way and her responses to all my questions were quick and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check out was super easy. The view was amazing and the beach was a short walk with chairs/umbrellas for rent. There is a walking path just outside the resort and we enjoyed the pools and restaurant/bar in the lifestyle center. We will be back!

The place was amazing and had great amenities. They had packages you could purchase for chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, long boards, ect which was very nice. Easy access to the bay as well as the beach. I liked being in Tower 2 as it was centrally located and it was close to the fitness center/bay and was just a short walk to the beach. The room also came available a day early and Lia was very responsive and we were actually able to check in a day early. Would highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

This location is beautiful and the condo was something out of a home magazine. Very comfy place that made us feel at home. We also enjoyed a day at the spa since the weather was not the best. The staff was very nice. We will definitely return!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. The price of this lovely condo was amazing! One of the best priced places we have found. We also didn’t know it was a resort so we were so excited to get all of the amenities there for that price! Beautiful view. Clean. Kitchen had all we need. Beautiful master bath with walking shower and the tub was spacious. Great stay. We will be back

My wife and I have 5 kids, so finding a great place is always a unique adventure. We brought the four youngest along with us for Fall Break, and we hoped that the pictures and descriptions were close to accurate. The place was all it was cracked up to be and more. The location is excellent. The hospitality and professionalism of Lia, Genevive, and the front desk staff was on point. The unit? We loved it. It was clean, and from our balcony we could see the resort pool in the middle, the bay on the left, and the ocean on the right. We barely moved the car, worked out every day, swam in the tower pool and several of the other facility pools, and even drove into town to eat and visit attractions. This place is great for couples and for families. Everyone was friendly, and you will have a great time. It was so good, we wanted to stay an extra day and the owner and Lia worked it out within a few minutes. We'll be back.
