Nearby locations include Walmart, La Superior, McDonalds, Little Ceasars, Mexican Restaurants, Nugget + more. Starbucks 2 min away, Dutch-b. There are also laundromats for our longer staying guests nearby

Welcome to our cozy carriage house in the heart of Woodland, nestled among valley oaks and overlooking a beautiful 150-year-old Victorian farmhouse. This one-bedroom flat features a large porch perfect for dining or enjoying morning coffee. Stroll through our shared garden during your visit and enjoy the natural light that brightens the space, ideal for the lush house plants that create a serene atmosphere. Please note, before inviting anyone over, we ask that you get our permission first.

This peaceful and centrally-located space is nestled among a century old oak tree and a redwood in the downtown area of charming Woodland. Only 14 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and 4 blocks from Woodland's Main street coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Recently remodeled and updated, very clean. (I'm enrolled in the Airbnb covid cleaning program and the studio is also on its own ventilation system.) Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus. Close to JUMP bike docking stations. (Bike rental)

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Tiny Miracle

Natural beauty surrounds this little abode. Inside, everything you might need lies at arm's reach. Tiny Miracle strives to be in harmony with nature. Thus, all cleaning products are natural and free of chemicals. All linens are composed of natural fibers and are dried in the sun--weather permitting. And, the tiny kitchen is stocked with organic teas and coffee. Tiny Miracle is a peaceful, quiet spot for a solo retreat; a writer’s haven.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
