This 440-sq-ft apartment has a separate ground-floor entrance (two steps to the bathroom area), a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a luxurious shower. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available.
