Enjoy your stay at this "sports themed" basement apartment nestled inside a quiet neighborhood that's located just minutes from the historic downtown Cartersville (3 miles) and LakePoint Sports Complex. (8 miles) The basement apartment consists of over 1400 sq. ft of living space with it's own private entrance, plenty of storage space if needed, sports room, pool table, foosball, bar with refrigerator, microwave, sink, washer and dryer, and spacious living room. Owners lives on first floor.

This quirky comfy little cottage with 2 bedroom and 1 bath home sits on an acre and offers you, peace and tranquility. The house has been recently updated but keeps the farmhouse feel. We have added our personal touches to make you feel our love & passion built in 1940's and relocated to this land in 1960! NOT modern - very country - we have lots of yard games and indoor games ( FUN) relax on the front porch or sit by the firepit after a nice meal you prepared and ate on the back deck grill

Two wineries within 10 miles of our place! We are close to YNOT, 3 miles from Rose Hall wedding, 6 miles from downtown Dallas, GA and 10 miles from downtown Cartersville, GA. We can host up to 4 adults in our basement apartment. We have a max of 5 guests on the property at anytime.

Wood floors and ceilings throughout give the place warm and inviting atmosphere to relax. Large picture windows allow for lots of natural light into the space if you desire. Large porch covered porch to relax. Fire pit just off the porch. Starlink WifI Reminder kids under 12 not allowed at this unit.

We have worked hard to make our home your home.
