The apartment location is above A Village Gift Shop in the heart of historic Glendale Square. Overlooking shops and restaurants. Just 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. Minutes to the Sharonville convention center. Close to Mason, Westchester and other neighboring communities. The apartment is located off of I-75. Glendale is a walking and biking Paradise. Private entrance, two bedrooms, one bath, large family and dining area. Well equipped kitchen and laundry.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
