Location: Quick 10-20 mins to the center of Boston, 25 mins to Salem. Easy access via multiple major highways, or walk 0.7mi (HILL) to bus, taking you directly into the city. This unit is an upper-level apartment of our home (i.e., STAIRS). Enjoy self-check-in and a reserved parking spot. Living room: Roku enabled TV. Mini-kitchen: Two burner stovetop, microwave, a 4 cu. sqft fridge, and a Keurig. Bedroom: king-sized bed with down alternative pillows and tempur-pedic memory foam topper.

Private room, shared bath. The immaculate Interior of this classic craftsman has been lovingly restored. Bus stops are short walk. Bus is 15 mins. to Harvard Sq. Natural ponds nearby. NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Use of microwave & toaster. No oven/stove use. Note: It's 25 stairs to my front door +14 stairs to 2nd floor bedroom. No Pets, No Smoking.

The compact room has a full bed and is on the second floor, cozy and sunny. The room has two windows with blinds and blackout curtains, oak wood floor, window AC in the summer, two bed end tables, two lamps with USB charge ports, walk-in closet with a laundry basket, a table with with two chairs, a mirror, and a tower fan that can make white noise. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other second floor bedroom and a ground level room, which are also rented through AirBnb.

Home in Everett, MA. Located just a 20 minute walk from Encore Boston Harbor Casino. This location is also just a 15 minute drive from downtown Boston. Room in the basement has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water for making tea which is provided along with light snacks and coffee. There is a desk for laptop. Modestly furnished bedroom on a quiet street in a busy area. The bedroom is on the third floor of the house, and on the same floor there’s one other bedroom and one bathroom. So, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other guest if there’s one during your stay.Room includes a double bed, nightstand, a desk, a sofa chair and a closet. Myself and my partner live on the first floor of the house, and we can be easily reached in person or through message.
