Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.
