Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

AC: In 2024 we had an unprecedented heatwave so now there is a portable AC, as well as ceiling fans.
