It's a few minutes off I-10, 15 minutes to Fairhope, 15 minutes to Downtown Mobile, 45 min. to Pensacola, 55 minutes to Gulf Shores. The condo complex is right on the bay. You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. Within 3 miles our less are public parks, public beaches, a boat launch, fishing charters and Pelican Point (aptly named) . Take the family to Weeks Bay National Reserve for a fun ecology lesson or run into downtown Fairhope for shopping and dinner. Porch provides front row seats to infamous Bay Sunsets as you unwind the day.

Cute 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house on 1 acre with fenced back yard, large oak trees, gazebo, large deck, charcoal grill, and front porch. Home features one large master bedroom and bathroom with walk in closet, shower and Jacuzzi tub. The other side of the house has 2 bedrooms, a desk/work area, and a full bathroom. In the middle of the house is a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Pet friendly (no cats) for a $50 pet fee. Walking distance from disc golf course & ice cream shop.

Loft on Section

Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

The Hidden Magnolia Cottage

We are renting out our newly remodeled cottage on our property. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Our cottage has a full kitchen and 2 separate porches to sit and relax. A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area. Close to downtown Fairhope. Short drive to the beaches.
