We love living here and we're sure you will love staying in our comfortable guest suite with private entrance. Just a short walk from lake Windermere and the centre of Bowness with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. Your suite is separate from the rest of the house and offers a delightful bedroom with comfy king size bed, French doors leading out to a small raised patio and a private, modern bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen, but we do provide a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

With views over to Beatrix Potter’s Hill Top and the Coniston Fells beyond. A unique and welcoming space, Swallows Loft is near the western shore of Lake Windermere. With proximity to Ambleside, Coniston, Langdales & Grasmere we offer peaceful seclusion; a calm space to relax & escape.

Super quiet, one off space with parking. Close to Lake Windermere, shops and places to eat and drink. Immaculate studio space for 2 people (no children) who need time out of their busy lives to shut off and re-charge. It comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/king size bed and bathroom with shower, with sliding doors onto a verandah which overlooks the beautiful running water and the woodland, where if you're lucky you might spot a deer or two. We live nearby if you do need us for anything.
