As your hosts, we will share insider tips, car rentals & itineraries; Not on the beach = better value + partnered resort pool access, leaving more for excursions. Fun fact: Exuma homes don't have addresses, they have names and ours is proudly named “All Decked Out.”

Beautiful private beach house w/ spectacular views

Jericho house sits directly on the beach, with private access. Only a few houses on this section of Tar Bay (one of Exuma’s best beaches) and no public access, which makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The house is secluded in a huge, lush garden with many mature palm trees all around the house. It has a direct private stair access to the beach, a deck right above the beach in front of the house, and a rear patio overlooking the garden.Everything is provided, just bring yourselves!

Monkey Sea House, Unit 1

Come relax at this peaceful place to stay!! "Monkey Sea, 1 & 2" is located on the Queens Highway, on Three Sisters Beach, 5 min. from the airport and 15 min. to the Georgetown itself, in the area of Mount Thompson. (The pin Google places us it at is not across from Jolly Hall, it’s actually across from Three Sisters beach. As there are no formal addresses on the island, the “pin” cannot be moved.) There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area upstairs.
